Regional Sales Manager

SEP is a major distributor of engineering and high performance plastic stock shapes and Profiles supplying to the machine shops and OEM throughout the UK. As the distributor for many market leading and well respected manufacturers SEP offers quality and proven products.

Extensive stocks are held at its sales and distribution centre from where it offers a next day delivery service also processing such as cutting, billeting, planning and centreless grinding.

As opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales person to join the SEP team to both maintain the high level of customer service and for the development of new product applications and markets.

As Regional Sales Manager you will be working externally and with full autonomy for developing new business opportunities in the midlands and southern England and Wales.

The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the engineering stock shape/machined component industry with a proven track record in sourcing and closing new business in a field based role. You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to complete and retain business deals and build exceptional relationships with your customers.

We are looking for a fantastic communicator who has a real passion for success and takes pride in their work. Negotiation, professionalism, communication, time management and a real hunger for sales are the key skills we are seeking.
