UK plastics consortium will fly you to Fakuma

Fakuma, the German plastics exhibition, has become a popular destination in recent years for UK visitors. The exhibition takes place this year between the 16 and 20 October in Friedrichshafen, Southern Germany.
In previous years, Engel UK has organised a visit to the show for members of its Engel Moulders' Group, taking a schedule flight from Stansted directly to Friedrichshafen. Unfortunately, this route is no longer available. Additionally, hotel rooms in the area have become extremely scarce.
These two issues make an independent short visit from the UK very difficult.
For this reason, Engel Moulders' Group has got together with four other industry suppliers to charter a 150-seat aircraft for the visit. The consortium, consisting of Aquapurge, Engel UK, Ewikon UK, Plastribution and Summit Systems, has made the trip possible in just one day, flying from Birmingham directly to Friedrichshafen. The exhibition centre is directly at the airport, making the logistics simple.
The group will travel from Birmingham airport at 7:30am on Tuesday 16 October, and return at 19:45 on the same day.
For those living too far away from Birmingham to comfortably make this early flight there will be an evening gathering organised for those that would prefer to stay overnight near the airport.
Anyone interested in the trip can contact any of the organising companies, or the central co-ordinator, Rebecca Hancox at Engel UK on 01926 335000, firstname.lastname@example.org
