Help Cogent’s oracle predict the future

Cogent, the UK's skills body covering the polymers industry, is inviting companies to take part in its annual Skills Oracle survey when it launches later this month.

The online survey offers employers an opportunity to influence the direction of skills projects and funding within the chemical, pharmaceutical, nuclear, petroleum, polymers and life sciences sectors, according to Cogent.

Julie Plumbley, the organisation’s research and evaluation manager, said: “The Cogent Skills Oracle is key to ensuring that funding for skills development is directed in the right way.

“It tells us what science-using employers rate as the highest skills priorities for the sector. We do appreciate employers making time to complete the survey, and in return, we will work hard to articulate their skills needs to government and educators.”
