A roaring success for ultrasonic welding

Toy manufacturer Playmobil presented Telsonic’s Dorset operation with a monster challenge – the ultrasonic welding of a range of model dinosaurs.

The nature of the product means that each toy has to be finished to a high standard and the individual items that make up the completed parts must be securely joined to withstand the rigours of life in the toy box.
