Regain invests in a Coperion twin screw extruder

By PRW Staff
Posted 21 June 2012

Following growth plans announced earlier this year, Regain Polymers has taken delivery of a Coperion twin screw extruder, increasing its compounding capacity to 50,000 tonnes per annum.

Commenting on the new machinery, Mark Roberts, Regain’s technical sales director, said: “The twin screw extruder went into full production as planned at the start of June, increasing our extrusion capacity by 40%.

“Not only will the machinery increase our volume output and our capacity to supply the market, it also ensures we are well placed to move the business forward and achieve our growth plans for 2012.”
