Clarehill’s care will raise cash for Irish cancer charity

Armagh’s Clarehill Plastics has formed a partnership with local charity Cancer Focus Northern Ireland. Staff at the Moira-based manufacturer will organise fund-raising events for the charity’s ‘Keeping Well’ programme during the next 12 months.

Brian McCann, managing director of Clarehill Plastics told local media that as part of the partnership his staff will get a medical check. “Cancer Focus will be bringing their ManVan to our site and staff will be having health checks and one-to-one health awareness sessions provided by specialist health promotion and nursing staff,” he explained.

Clarehill will start its fundraising with a football tournament scheduled for 31 August at Crewe Park in Glenavy.
