Media recognition for KraussMaffei’s automotive fibre brochure

KraussMaffei has been awarded first place in the Media and Publications category of the 2012 SPE Automotive Division Awards in recognition of its brochure Fiber composite solutions – for high-tech lightweight components.

The jury based its decision on the company’s “exemplary presentation” of its broad spectrum of expertise in the automated production of fibre composite lightweight components.

The brochure, said the jury, not only provides a well-structured overview of the various types of technology but also illustrated the production processes and the applications for fibre composites.
