LME Prices - Europe

LME is a futures exchange used primarily by industrial organizations to hedge raw materials pricing risk. Prices listed here are daily reference and closing prices and official monthly settlement prices published by LME.

Beginning Feb. 15, 2010 LME plastics prices for polypropylene and linear low density polyethylene will use LMEselect, the exchanges's electronic trading platform.

Impact of the changes

• Official prices will be available for Cash, Month 1 and Month 2
• Pricing will reflect a volume-weighted average, a method widely used by other commodity markets
