Plastics Design & Moulding Event (PDM Event 2016) will showcase the sort of innovation, talent and hard work that is winning UK firms business in the international marketplace.
Polymer distributors, contract moulders and recycling specialists will be sitting alongside prototyping and design firms at this year's exhibition.
Among companies exhibiting at PDM Event 2016 will be Biesterfeld Petroplas, Distrupol, Plastribution, Gabriel Chemie, Luxus and Axion Polymers.
Nicole Ziegler, media relations and marketing manager for additive supplier Gabriel Chemie says: “PDM continues to be an ideal opportunity to reach high quality contacts. It will allow us to showcase our range of masterbatches and additives, and explain in detail how we work with clients.”
Andrew Donkin, sales manager UK and Ireland for compound supplier Lati UK, tells PRW: “We are exhibiting at PDM in order to promote our products to this wide audience and especially those we have not had contact with before.”
Maria Dröge, marketing co-ordinator at material supplier Velox, says: “We have been exhibiting at the PDM for a number of years and once again expect the show to provide an interesting mix of visitors over the two days.”
Ernie Hall, owner of South Yorkshire recycling firm Moulding Solutions, says: “The unique mix of both customers and suppliers lays the perfect platform for meeting new contacts whilst also catching up with old and existing customers, suppliers and friends.”
Meanwhile Composites UK, the trade association for the UK composites industry, will be exhibiting at the show for the first time. Claire Whysall, communications manager for Composites UK, says: “With the ever-increasing role of thermoplastics, for both structural and aesthetic applications, it is important for us to firstly be showcasing our member companies working in this area and secondly highlighting the support we can offer companies who are moving into using thermoplastics.”
