InTouch Monitoring is set to launch the new i4 Cloud at the K 2019 plastics fair.
The K show will be held from 16-23 October at Messe Dusseldorf.
The subscription-based system supports Industry 4.0 strategies, collecting data used to analyse operational performance across the factory floor.
I4 Cloud is described as a scalable system which can be installed with a ‘very low’ initial investment. The system can be accessed using an internet connection. Support, updates and backups are all handled by Intouch.
The company reports that more than 300 sites around the world now have Intouch real-time machine monitoring, scheduling, reporting and analytics systems.
The system can be used with a wide range of machinery, including (but not limited to) injection moulding, thermoforming and extrusion hardware.
The flexible systems offer ease of use and can link with existing ERP software.
At the K Show, Intouch will be demonstrating i4 Cloud as it monitors operation of a ROMI injection moulding machine. Visitors at the K fair can find Intouch in Hall 15, stand D40.
