Songwon Industrial is to reveal additions to its portfolio of high-performance polymer stabilisers at the upcoming K Show, which will be held 16-23 October at Messe Dusseldorf.
According to information published by the company, the South Korean specialty chemicals manufacturer will show application-tailored solutions for use across the automotive, electronics, packaging and healthcare sectors.
In addition, these will be presented with information outlining how the new products address such issues as sustainability – including energy usage and greenhouse gas reduction – water conservation and material efficiency.
Songwon will present 10 new products at K 2019. This lineup will include an all-new family of flame-retardant synergists based on proprietary technology.
These halogen-free products will be available commercially after K2019.
Songwon Industrial was founded in 1965. The company produces a wide range of solutions, ranging from polymer stabilisers which represent 70% of market sales. In addition the company produces a variety of PU grades, through to lubricant additives, coatings stabilisers, electronics chemicals, and functional monomers.
The company operates a network of nine manufacturing facilities, three of which are in S. Korea.
Songwon will be located in Hall 6, Stand B07, at the K Show.
