The Plastics Recycling Show Europe (PRSE), the pan-European exhibition and conference event dedicated to plastics recycling, is to return to the RAI Amsterdam.
The free-to-attend conference and exhibition will be held over the 25-26 March 2020. This will be the fourth year for the event.
“We are delighted to see the growing interest of the various actors of the value chain from raw material producers, converters, brand owners, machinery suppliers, waste management companies to recyclers, to mention a few,” said Ton Emans, president of Plastics Recyclers Europe .
“PRSE is a must visit event if you want to stay up to date with the latest developments, projects and get the insights into the legislative landscape of the plastics recycling in Europe,” Emans said.
Across a broad range of themes, the PRSE conference further examines a wide range of the latest industry themes and issues, including plastics recycling technology and innovation, materials, the regulatory background, and the dynamic economics of plastics recycling.
The event also hosts the annual Plastics Recycling Awards Europe. Entries for the 2020 Awards are now open across seven categories. The closing date for entries is 22 November 2019.
Total attendance at PRSE in 2019 was more than 3,250 over the two days, an increase of 34.5% over 2018. It also attracted more than 120 exhibitors, a 20% increase.
“PRSE has cemented its position as the annual focal point for plastics recycling in Europe,” said Matt Barber, PRSE event director at Crain Communications. “For 2020 we have increased the floorplan area by 20%, but demand has been so high that we only have a limited number of stands still available.”
